Shipping 

At Zeemh we want you to receive your coffee fresh off the roastery, therefore we will endeavour to prepare and pack your order within one working day of your order being placed.

 

We roast Monday through Friday, starting at 4 am until we finish for the day.  We roast to order on our wholesale and retail online sales.  Since we do not roast on Saturdays and Sundays, orders placed on these days will not be shipped until Monday, increasing your delivery time.

We deliver to most addresses within Australia, international locations are at special request only and subject to approval.

 

We require a street address for delivery or a local depot/alternative address where you can collect your products.

We are not responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign a form to acknowledge that the goods were delivered in good and proper condition.

An estimation of your shipping fee will be calculated during the checkout process (depending on the weight of your order and destination). You will then be able to proceed with your order and make the online payment or cancel the checkout process.

You should expect your order to arrive in 2-4 business days; however, delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.

If for any reason you have not received your coffee within 5 days, please contact us at info@zeemh.xyz and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

We know you will love our products We place a large emphasis on quality control by cupping and scoring our production roasts, which means only coffee that meets our strict quality standards will make it out the door. With this in mind, we cannot guarantee refunds on coffee purchases.

We offer a refund if you have been delivered the wrong product, in this case, please contact at info@zeemh.xyz.

 

Once the coffee is picked up by one of our shipping partners, Zeemh Coffee does not assume responsibility for any damage that happens during shipment. Any claims can be made directly with the shipping company.
