  • I am unhappy with my order what should I do?
    All batches that are sent out are QC'd to ensure that all coffee leaves our warehouse adhering to our strict standards. We are more than happy to discuss any issues with you, contact us directly via email at info@zeemh.xyz
  • Is your coffee fair trade/organic?
    We only use traceable high-quality coffee that we know have sustainable farming practice.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship within Australia. Contact us at info@zeemh.com for orders outside Australia.
  • Can I customise my coffee?
    You certainly can, call us and we will discuss your preference and create the perfect blend for you, including packaging (optional).
  • Can I order online and pick up at your headquarter in Port Melbourne?
    Absolutely, our office opening time is Mo-Fri 9 am-5 pm
  • How long will my coffee be fresh?
    Our beans are shipped in heat sealed bags to maximize freshness. Once opened, the beans will be fresh for several weeks if stored properly. Please remember to grind right before brewing.
  • How should I store my coffee?
    Light and oxygen are enemies to coffee beans. You can lengthen the freshness by storing in a cool, dark place and not in the freezer or refrigerator since coffee will absorb flavours around it.
  • Do you sell green beans?
    Yes! From time to time we offer for sale on our website.
